Remember when you were a kid and you would lie on your back and make shapes out of clouds. Take a moment and sky watch.

DANCE
Put on one of your favourite dance tunes and boogie. As the saying goes, dance like nobody's watching.

BREATHE
Stop and take a few slow deep breaths. Relax your shoulders, still your body and your mind.

BEAUTY
There is beauty all around you. Take a pause, look around and notice the extraordinary in the ordinary.
